Wang Vision Cataract & LASIK Center is located at the corner of 18th Ave South and West End Ave in Nashville, Tennessee. We are on the 11th floor of the Palmer Plaza (which is a tall brick-colored building with mirrored windows (see photo below). The street address is not on the building, but you will see signs for “Marsh” and “Charles Schwab” on the front of the building.

The parking garage, which is located behind Palmer Plaza, is accessible from either 18th or Broadway. Bring your parking ticket up to the front desk and we will validate it for you.

Detailed Driving Directions:

From Southeast of Nashville (Smyrna, Murfreesboro, Chattanooga, and Antioch)
1-24West to Nashville,West on 1-40at the 1-40/1-24split. Proceed to exit 209-A (Broadway exit) and turn left onto Broadway and at the Broadway/West End Avenue split in the road, go to the right. Turn left onto 18th Avenue. The building and parking garage
are on the right.

From East of Nashville (Airport, Mt. Juliet, Lebanon, Cookville, and Knoxville)
1-40to Nashville. Take exit 209-A (Broadway exit), then follow the directions above.

From South of Nashville (Brentwood, Franklin, and Huntsville, AL)
1-65North to Nashville, then West on 1-440toward Memphis. Take the West End exit (East).Go past Centennial Parkand Vanderbilt University. You will see a BPand an Arby's on the right. Turn right onto 18th Avenue (past Arby's). The building and parking garage are on the right.

From Southwest (West End, Bellevue)
Come up West End Avenue toward downtown Nashville and follow the directions above.

From Southwest and West of Nashville (Dickson, Jackson, and Memphis)
1-40East to Nashville, then Easton 1-440.Exit the first West End Avenue exit, and make a left. At the next light make another left onto West End Avenue, then follow the directions from the South.

From Northwest of Nashville (Clarksville and Paducah, KY)
1-24Eastto 1-65South to Nashville. Stay to the right and follow the signs for 1-65toward Memphis. Proceed on the right and take 1-40Easttoward Knoxville. Take the third exit (209-B,Broadway/Demonbreun). Get into the far right lane. Turn right onto Broadway. At the Broadway/West End Avenue split in the road, go to the right. Turn left onto 18th Avenue. The building and parking garage are on the right.

From North of Nashville (Madison, Gallatin, and Louisville, KY)
1-65South to Nashville and follow the directions from the Northwest of Nashville.
